JUDr. Irena Helmová
was established in 1996 as an independent law office in Prague 6. Since 1990 until then (until 1996) JUDr. Irena Helmová had been an associate of another law firm focussing mainly on commercial law. The law firm provided JUDr. Irena Helmová with expertise in particular in commercial law, corporate law, exchange law and building law. JUDr. Daniela Křížková
was established as of 1 September 1993 as an independent law office in Prague 6, in Mařákova Street. Under ČAK 21414 (Czech Bar Chamber Number) JUDr. Křížková followed upon her ten-year judicial practice, during which she issued judgments mainly in civil and partly criminal matters, acquiring rich experience mainly in procedural law, which has, until today, been a positive contribution to her cooperation with the law office of JUDr. Irena Helmová with regards to litigations.In June 2006, law offices of JUDr. Irena Helmová and JUDr. Daniela Křížková got together again to share common law offices in Prague 5, where they hired lucrative premises in the vicinity of the Palace of Justice and since then they have established cooperation at one registered office. With their specialisations in various fields of law they are able to provide their clients with all possible services apart from the criminal law, which is being outsourced. However, even in that particular field they are able to provide high-quality representation for their clients as they collaborate with experts (attorneys) at criminal law such as JUDr. Kalina, JUDr. Chlost, etc.
